End of Week 2, English 120 Edition.

Here's what we did yesterday in English 120 (3pm Hybrid):
  • Look at Scavenger Hunt in Padlet & Bb - answer Qs, if any. 
  • Watch videos in Unit 2 Class Discussion regarding Ethos, Pathos, and Logos & Logical Fallacies.
  • Introduction to Large Project 1. 
  • Look at Feedback Bootcamp Step #1 Slides → Padlet Discussion. 
  • For Next Time, take Unit 2 Quiz in Blackboard - Ethos, Pathos, Logos & Logical Fallacies.
  • For Next Time, brainstorm what your topic will be for Large Project 1.
I didn't plan super well, so we didn't get to the Feedback Bootcamp. We'll do that in class next Wednesday before jumping into Unit 3's stuff.

Ungrading Nugget #1.  #Ungrading, for me, is a theory. The practice looks very different for each teacher, whether they are teaching k-12 or at a university. {The practice is a privilege for some, as I acknowledge that as a full-timer, I'm allotted more freedom than a part-time teacher.} The practice looks very different depending on discipline, too.
