Week 6 for All Classes.

In English 110, I will introduce Group 2’s activities* Mon/Tues and reminded everyone to hand in Group 1 tonight, if possible, and then we’ll use Wednesday/Thursday as our last in-class workday for Large Project 1. Next week is Online Peer Review and optional writing conferences with me.

*Group 2 includes the genres of memoir, profile, obituary, and resume. Once again, there are two options to choose from in order to practice these genres.

In English 120, we completed a fake news worksheet as a substitute for Unit 5’s discussion board; we’ll do the same thing with Unit 6 and 7 next week. If students miss class, they should complete the original discussion boards in these units. On Wednesday, students* should introduce themselves to Large Project 2; there is a video and template to use.

*My vertigo caused me to cancel Wednesday classes.
